Trust and safety
We don't think you trust us more than you trust anyone else. That's why Ayeneeda does not have any pre-screening system. What we have instead is something built on peer review. And on transparency. To become a client or a provider, you must sign up under your own name, and you must put up a photo of yourself.
As a provider you must also upload a photo of your passport/ID. This will not be visible to other users on Ayeneeda, but we can use it to confirm your identity. In the same aim, clients are identified by their payment details.
But the main way you can trust other users on Ayeneeda is by way of checking their profiles. How are their reviews? Who has recommended them? What certificates, documents and resumes have they put up. Do they seem genuine?
